Ultimate Motor Cars is now hiring Sales Consultants , Finance Managers , and Sales Managers who are driven, experienced, and ready to grow with one of Florida's leading pre-owned luxury dealerships. Now Hiring: * Automotive Sales Consultants * Finance Managers (F &I Specialists) * Sales Managers (Floor/Desk Managers) Sales Consultant Responsibilities: * Assist customers through the buying journey from introduction to delivery * Build lasting relationships with clients and maintain follow-up communication * Present vehicles, features, and purchase options confidently and clearly * Meet or exceed monthly sales targets * Work closely with managers and finance department to finalize deals Finance Manager Responsibilities: * Present financing, leasing, and protection products in a clear, compliant manner * Structure deals for profitability and customer satisfaction * Submit applications and secure approvals through dealership lenders * Ensure all paperwork and contracts are accurate and compliant * Partner with Sales Managers to support deal flow and timely closings Sales Manager Responsibilities: * Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve volume and gross goals * Desk deals, structure financing, and support sales consultants in real-time * Monitor performance metrics and ensure adherence to processes and compliance * Work with the GM and finance team to maintain consistent deal flow * Foster a high-performance, customer-first culture on the sales floor What We 're Looking For: * Prior automotive sales or finance experience required (1-3+ years) * Management experience (for Sales Manager role) strongly preferred * Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills * Highly motivated, results-driven, and professional * Familiarity with Dealertrack, RouteOne, or similar platforms * Valid driver's license and ability to pass background, MVR, and drug screening Virtual Interviews Available We're making it easy to get started with virtual interviews : What to Prepare: * Resume or summary of your sales/finance experience * A quiet space and a device with a camera and microphone * Be ready to talk about your track record and leadership style Apply Now to Join the Ultimate Team in Jacksonville- Launch your next chapter with a dealership that values talent, teamwork, and growth.
