Wow Beauty Supply is looking for a Sales Associate who can focus on Sales and Cashier duties at our Palmdale Location. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the beauty industry and customer service, willing to learn new skills constantly, and thrive in a fast-paced, exciting environment. The perfect candidate will be: -Self-Driven and focused -Looking for a long-term commitment (One year+) -Looking to further him or herself in the beauty industry -Always learning and willing to experience new responsibilities and contribute to the company -Personable and outgoing -Have a bright and kind attitude -Have prior experience in sales -Have prior experience in the beauty industry (cosmetics, hair styling, etc.) -Preferably have experience specifically working with hair (lace front, remy human hair, extensions, etc.) Required qualifications include: -High school diploma or equivalent -Two or more years of beauty (preferably haircare/styling) experience -Exceptional people skills Preferred, but not required qualifications include: -Proficiency in more than one language (English is required) -Cosmetology license (CA BBC certification) -Open availability, particularly Monday availability Pay will be very competitive, especially as we are looking for people to eventually move into long-term management positions. Growth potential is very strong; we're looking to make promotions to management positions in different departments within a year*.
