Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. ALT FRAGRANCES in Stonebriar Center is a open concept store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and a strong ability to connect with customers. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. Your ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate product knowledge will be key to your success in this role.

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Sell products by effectively communicating features and benefits.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the value of items.
• Operate cash registers, process transactions accurately, and handle cash responsibly.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions.
• Familiarity with cash registers and point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $14.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 18 - 40 per week
