Our client is looking for a motivated Commercial HVAC Service Sales Representative in the Norco/Corona/ inland Empire area. This role has been handled by the Service Manager for the past year and a half, but with growing demand and a packed schedule, it's time to bring on a dedicated expert. They specialize in critical environments with clients who rely on precision and trust. If you're someone who knows how to sell value over volume and enjoys working in a relationship-driven role (not cold calling), this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for. What You 'll Do:
- Manage and grow existing service accounts while identifying new commercial opportunities
- Handle inbound interest from clients needing expert HVAC solutions
- Write clear, professional proposals for HVAC service solutions and ensure smooth project handoffs to the operations team.
- Collaborate with clients in specialized sectors--like hospitals, museums, and labs--with extremely sensitive and complex system requirements.
- Use CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, Word, and ServiceTitan to track activity and manage client relationships.
- Maintain a clean driving record and pass a background check for client access requirements. About You:
- 5+ years of HVAC service sales experience, OR 3+ years in commercial service sales with 5+ years of technical HVAC experience.
- Strong understanding of industrial/commercial HVAC systems, especially in mission-critical environments.
- Skilled in relationship management, proposal writing, and value-based selling.
- Comfortable with CRMs, Microsoft Office, and tech tools like ServiceTitan (preferred).
- Professional, detail-oriented, and ready to hit the ground running
- Clean DMV record, no DUIs, and able to pass a background check.
