Account Manager Account Manager Position Overview The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role requires a proactive approach to account management, with a strong focus on understanding clients' needs in the cybersecurity landscape. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. * Identify opportunities for business development and lead sales initiatives. * Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements. * Monitor account health and proactively address any issues that may arise. * Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management. Qualifications * 5+ years of experience working as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role. * Experience selling cybersecurity solutions. * Demonstrated success in business development and sales. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. * Network/Internet Protocol network-related applications expereince would be a plus.
