Job Description

: Colleague is currently looking for an Account Manager in the Fort Worth, Area. The Account Manager be working for a Landscape company. This would be a full- time, direct hire opportunity. As a Landscape Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of landscape maintenance accounts. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals, and ensure that services are delivered effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Developing and implementing landscape maintenance programs that meet client needs and budget requirements
• Managing and coordinating all aspects of landscape maintenance services, including scheduling, crew deployment, and quality control
• Monitoring and tracking key performance metrics, such as client retention and profitability
• Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services
• Staying current on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions

Qualifications

:

• Bachelor's degree in landscape management, horticulture, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in landscape management or account management role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
