Alan's Lids in Crowley, TX is looking for 2-4 sales associates to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, dedicated and engaged. * Responsibilities *Welcomes customers by greeting them and offering them assistance. *Directs customers by escorting them to our products. *Advises customers by providing information on products. *Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards. *Use judgment to solve customer problems *Maintains scheduling commitments *Assist in prepping mobile units and inventory *Maintaining accurate inventory checks *Assist in receiving and shipping online orders *Assisting customers over the phone and taking phone orders *Assisting in other pertinent tasks assigned by store manager * What you must bring(Qualifications): *Be 18 years or older. *Able to pass a drug test and background check *Must be within driving distance for daily commute to our Crowley, TX store *Abiltiy to travel and assist at rodeos and events *Be open to traveling by vehicle and by plane if needed. *Be open to learning to shape hats *Have a valid driver's license and good driving record is a plus *Have a friendly and outgoing personality *Have excellent verbal skills *1+ years as sales associate or have retail store experience is a plus *Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a bonus but not required! *Able to problem solve as issues arise *Able to lift/carry 30+ lbs * What we bring (Benefits): *Competitive Pay *Paid-for Travel and lodging when traveling *Pay differential when traveling *Company events and parties planned to help build a team bond *Become part of a solid team!
