About the Role: Based in our Worthington office, you're expected to make 120-130 outbound calls with 2.5-3 hours of active talk time a day to to local Columbus businesses, sparking interest in our eco-friendly commercial cleaning services. Your goal is to secure appointments for our sales team to provide free janitorial cleaning quotes. Key Responsibilities: * Make outbound cold calls to generate leads and schedule appointments. * Send follow-up emails to prospective clients. * Update and maintain our CRM database with accurate client information. * Assemble key marketing materials.
