Job Description: We're looking for a sharp, reliable, and friendly Inside Sales & Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is the frontline for processing and managing customer orders, helping customers by phone and email, and working with our vendor partners to ensure smooth drop shipments and accurate pricing. Responsibilities: * Process drop ship orders and send packing slips to vendors * Identify correct vendor and part number for each order using catalogs and internal tools * Cross-reference parts across brands to find best fit for customers & maximize savings for CasterHQ. * Email vendors to request pricing and availability * Create quotes for customers quickly and accurately * Answer phones, assist walk-ins, and respond to customer emails * Follow up with vendors on order status * Coordinate with warehouse staff on special orders or issues * Keep customer service organized and professional * Be a team player and communicate well with our staff Qualifications * Proficient in English with strong communication skills * Experience in customer service and sales, particularly in B2B environments * Familiarity with CRM software and Salesforce * Skills in negotiation, telemarketing, and inside sales * Background in business development and outbound calling * Ability to effectively engage in warm calling and technology sales Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Shift: * 8 hour shift * Day shift Work Location: In person
