Summary Join Our Growing Team! We are looking for a part-time team member passionate about contributing to our fieldwork initiatives. Ideal candidates will have dependable transportation, enjoy an active lifestyle, and feel comfortable engaging with others. Success in this role requires a high level of self-motivation. Additionally, proficiency with MAC computers and confidence in handling phone communications are important. Responsibilities * Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch * Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes * Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria * Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients * Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week * Participate as and active team member in weekly script practice per team standards * Participate as an active team member in team activities per team standards * Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call * Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology Qualifications Our ideal candidate is energized by working with people and you pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
