Overview We are seeking a motivated Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be directly engaging with customers in providing exceptional customer service, selling our products and services, and ensuring an excellent service experience for all customers. We are a full medical spa. You must have a passion for the health, beauty, cosmetic, and service industry. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them with their service and product needs. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. * Sell products and services directly to customers. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. * Utilize professional phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone. * Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the store. Skills * Strong customer service skills. * Experience in sales and negotiation.
