As an Internet Sales Assistant with our team, you will work to connect customers to industry-leading telecommunications services. The Internet has become a resource that our customers heavily rely on. Whether it's connecting their computer to wifi for work, generating faster speeds to minimize lagging services, or connecting their TV's, it is an essential part of customers' daily utilities. Our role as an Internet Sales Assistant is to work with customers to see exactly what they are looking for and how much internet usage they will need to best fit their requested needs. We work to represent AT&T's internet, allowing us to provide customers with products and services available to them while demand continues to grow. We are excited to bring on an Internet Sales Assistant to our team! As an Internet Sales Assistant, your role will also involve assisting customers with service upgrades, device activations, and new account setups. The Internet Sales Assistant will be able to explain to customers promotions that are occurring for the week or month, along with any upgrades they may have ready in their accounts. The Internet Sales Assistant will develop expertise in sales, customer engagement, and relationship-building, helping to drive AT&T internet solutions. Internet Sales Assistant Job Responsibilities: * Communicate with customers to understand their internet needs and deliver personalized sales and service solutions * Create customer satisfaction by actively listening and providing solutions effectively * Develop and execute customer engagement to enhance service loyalty with AT&T's internet technology services * Understand product knowledge to be able to share the difference between fiber internet and 5G internet * Build a positive and empathetic experience for customers by who may have had a prior service for a long time and are now transitioning services for the first time * Work closely with team members and management to meet to continuously build knowledge and skills as an Internet Sales Assistant Qualifications of the next Internet Sales Assistant: * Prior customer service and sales experience and working within technology or internet fields is a plus * Willingness to learn about new products and services * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal * A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to customer needs * Team player mentality with a competitive edge to exceed sales targets * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet customer demand Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,946.00 - $65,473.00 per year Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
