Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales growth within your designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales management skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Duties * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and increase market share. * Identify and target potential clients through lead generation activities, networking, and referrals. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to prospective customers. * Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using software tools. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client needs effectively. * Provide ongoing support to existing clients to foster long-term relationships and encourage repeat business. Requirements * Proven experience in sales management or business development, preferably in an outside sales role. * Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Experience in retail sales or territory sales is a plus. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers. * Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and adapt strategies accordingly. * Ability to work independently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment. * A valid driver's license is required for travel within the assigned territory.
