• Managing, coaching and leading a team of Outside Sales Professionals
• Working closely with local leadership team to align resources and sales efforts
• Providing quality leadership and vision for internal business objectives
• Meet or exceed organizational and branch specific sales targets
• Performance management of team members by coaching, mentoring, motivating, assessing strengths and weaknesses, reviewing and proactively addressing training needs.
• Responsible for overall team performance as defined by company objectives. What You Need To Be Most Successful:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a residential sales top performer
• Prior sales leadership experience in the residential services space
• Pest control industry experience required
• Strong background in field sales training and sales management
• Passion for leading and teaching
• Valid driver's license and be 18 years of age
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug Demonstrate a safe driving record from the DMV (safety first, always!) Why PURCOR?
