Overview

HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering virtually instructed workouts in a heated sauna environment. Our patented system combines heat, infrared energy, and exercise to create a truly unique and results-driven experience. We're looking for high-energy, people-focused team members to help us grow our studio and empower our members.

What You'll Do

:

• Greet and engage with prospective and current members to build relationships and introduce them to the benefits of HOTWORX
• Lead studio tours and clearly explain the HOTWORX concept and how it sets us apart
• Convert prospects into members through confident, friendly sales conversations
• Support member success by checking in, answering questions, and providing personalized product recommendations
• Promote HOTWORX through in-person outreach and engaging content on social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment that enhances our members' experience
• Meet and exceed personal and team sales goals with a focus on results and continuous improvement
• Be a reliable, upbeat presence that members look forward to interacting with

Who You Are

:

• Outgoing, personable, and comfortable initiating conversations
• Passionate about health, fitness, and personal growth
• Experienced in sales or customer service and able to build rapport quickly
• Organized, dependable, and coachable
• Familiar with social media trends
• Excited to develop your skills and contribute to the studio's success as we continue to grow and flourish long-term Perks &

Compensation

:

• $15/hr base + commission + monthly bonuses (Uncapped earnings potential!)

• 20 -30 hours/week, with opportunities for growth as the studio expands
• Initial and ongoing training provided to ensure your success Staffed Studio Hours:
• Mon-Thurs: 11am-8pm
• Fri: 9am-6pm
• Sat: 11am-4pm
