Job Title: Customer Service/Marketing Support Associate Job Responsibilities: * Maintain and update CRM Opportunities * Liaison with PPI Representatives and Distributors * Handle sample requests and run reports * Coordinate with the technical team * Cross-reference daily sales activity with reference tables * Update PPI Datasheets * Create and update PDFs * Manage document control processes * Execute email blasts, press releases, and social media posts (LinkedIn and Facebook) * Manage and maintain Constant Contact account and lists * Schedule and create advertisements, and submit monthly ads * Maintain PPI website SEO and Google Ads * Manage Google Ads and SEO * Oversee Google Analytics for passiveplus.net and passiveplus.com * Serve as the liaison between marketing and engineering for the CAP program Skills & Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in any discipline * Familiarity with Database CRM systems * Strong computer knowledge * High level of accuracy * _For immediate consideration, please email your updated resume directly to [please apply online]*_ Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $36.00/hr.
