We're seeking a Consultation Coordinator with elective healthcare experience to join us. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, possesses strong sales skills, and can effectively communicate the benefits of our procedures to patients. This role involves sales functions, patient meetings, relationship- building, and ensuring exceptional patient satisfaction. Achieving year-over- year sales growth by increasing clinic revenue is a primary objective. If you're a skilled "deal closer" with healthcare elective procedure experience, we'd love to have you on our team. QC Kinetix is a non-surgical regenerative medicine practice. Our goal is to help patients with arthritis, sports related injuries and chronic joint pain, without the use of surgery, steroids, or pain meds. Position Details: Understands the physiology for each treatment offered and able to explain each treatment as prescribed by the medical provider Presents details for recommended procedures from medical provider. Presents financial breakdown, financing options. Achieves and maintains 50% baseline conversation with 5-10 consultations per day Perform outreach and marketing activities for clinic/patient growth Works closely with marketing department to optimize campaigns. Achieve year over year sales growth Increasing practice gross revenue Initial Schedule 1-2 days per week, a total of 4-8 days a month Scheduled to work every Tuesday- (Clinics open 1 day per week). Additional day(s) per week when additional locations open. 7:30am - 6:00pm (1 hr. lunch) Hours may vary. Compensation is ($500 plus commission) per day BOE Qualifications: Medical sales: 2 years (Preferred) Minimum of 2 years' experience in a related healthcare industry- based environment and/or elective medical procedures or 5 years as a proven Sales Leader. Experience with cash payment options, non-insurance elective procedures. Experience using 3rd party financing options such as CareCredit Interpersonal communication skills and ability to work effectively with the right range of contingencies in a diverse community. Ability to interact with staff in a team environment. Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures Knowledge of legal and ethical standards for the delivery of medical care and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
