Position Objective: Lexor is searching for Sales Helpdesk Representatives to generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities. Required Skills: * Fluent in both English and Vietnamese (Vietnamese writing skills are for chat and messaging customers as needed). * Must have the ability to multitask and handle multiple phone lines. * Ability to quickly learn and adapt to a new CRM system (Salesforce). * Proficient in managing chat/messaging on Social Media platforms. * Friendly, personable and attentive. * Strong organization and teamwork skills. * Prior customer service experience is a plus. Job Duties: * Emailing, chatting, or calling potential leads to learn more about their needs. * Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities. * Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested customers, gathering customers' contact information to pass along to sales representatives for sales opportunities. * Inform potential customers about our company's products and services. * Searching different outlets to gather leads. Conducting research to figure out where they can find leads.
