Key Responsibilities

:

• Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Sales Expertise: Guide customers through the design process, helping them select the right style, features, and customization options to meet their needs.
• Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls, referrals, and marketing leads.
• Proposal Development: Prepare detailed quotes and proposals that align with customer requirements and budget.
• Negotiation: Close deals by effectively addressing customer concerns and offering tailored solutions.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry advancements to provide the best recommendations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including design, engineering, and project management, to ensure seamless project delivery.

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in steel buildings, construction, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
• Basic understanding of construction principles is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
