Position Overview: To keep up with demand, we are seeking an outgoing, career-driven, and people-oriented individual to join our Huntington Beach team as an Entry-Level Marketing and Sales Assistant. This role is ideal for someone passionate about making a difference in the community while developing their skills in marketing and sales. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in the development and execution of community based marketing campaigns to promote exclusive services available to qualified members of the community. * Engage with community members to raise awareness and increase enrollment. * Support fellow team members with outreach efforts and follow-ups. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. * Collaborate with team members to create effective promotional materials. * Attend community events and represent the company to potential clients. Qualifications: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Enthusiasm for working with diverse groups of people. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. * Willingness to learn and adapt in an ever changing role. * Previous experience in sales or marketing is a plus, but not required.
