Overview

: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insulation Sales Representative to join our team. This commission-only position is ideal for a self-starter with a background in B2B and residential sales. This role involves traveling throughout Fort Worth and surrounding areas in the DFW metroplex to meet with prospective residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in both residential and commercial markets
• Conduct on-site assessments to determine insulation needs
• Develop and present customized insulation solutions to clients
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
• Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge

Qualifications

:

• Previous sales experience (B2B or residential) required
• Proven sales experience in the insulation or construction industry
• Strong understanding of insulation products and their applications
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Knowledge of insulation products, energy efficiency, and home improvement preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• Proven ability to negotiate, overcome objections, and close sales
• Comfortable using email, scheduling tools, and basic computer applications
• Professional appearance and demeanor when meeting with clients
• Willingness to travel throughout Fort Worth and the surrounding metroplex areas
