Responsibilities * Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers * Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments * Participate in team activities per team standards * Commit to weekly team meetings and PLACE Partner Call * Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home * Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services * Help buyers and sellers navigate every step of the real estate process * Conduct showings, host open houses, and handle client consultations * Use our systems, tools, and marketing to generate and convert leads * Stay on top of local market trends to serve your clients with confidence * Build meaningful relationships and create lifelong clients Qualifications * Active Ohio Real Estate License (or currently enrolled in pre-licensing courses at your own expense) * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow * Comfortable working independently and as part of a team * Tech-savvy and able to adapt to new tools and systems (CRM experience a plus) * Strong organizational and time-management skills * Ability to build trust and connect with clients from all backgrounds * Professional appearance and demeanor * Willingness to participate in team training, meetings, and community events * Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including evenings and weekends * Licensed real estate professional * Team player * Learning based, growth-minded * Organized * Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues About-our-team At The Tomlinson Group, we're more than just a real estate team - we're a tight-knit group of professionals who genuinely care about each other's success.
