Bilingual Outside Sales

Responsibilities

: 1. Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors. 2. Serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs. 3. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques. 4. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management. 5. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. 6. Reaching out to customers leads through cold calling, visiting and developing current and potential customers (including the local auto parts stores and auto repair shops) with the Sales Team. 7. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule. 8. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments. 9. Supply management with reports on sales, customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Requirements

: 1. 2+ years' sales experience 2. Strong knowledge of MS Office suite 3. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment 4. Aftermarket Auto parts retail store experience is a big plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour
