JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage numerous leads * Assist customers with inquiries, account set up, and upgrades * Provide exceptional customer service and enhance productivity level * Maintain customer communication with clients prior, during and after work completion * Communicate daily with team about sales and customer issues * Pursuing new accounts and business opportunities with direct marketing and social media pages * Regular cultivation of new customer contacts and follow-up on leads * Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and product categories is essential to building rapport with customers and increasing the company's value proposition * Other duties and special projects as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: * High school diploma or equivalent * Sales experience in the construction/building industry is preferred * Ability to use CRM System * High attention to detail * Excellent time management skills * Must possess exceptional organizational skills * Excellent work ethic, reliability, and professionalism * Have genuine and positive energy * Possess valid driver's license Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Shift: * 8 hour shift * Day shift License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
