Job description Come Join the Winning Team at Valley Ford of Columbus! Valley Ford of Columbus is looking for experienced Parts Counter Salespersons for our Columbus, OH location. Prior industry and/or parts sales experience is necessary. CDK experience preferred. Pay commensurate with experience If you have a high level of energy and a drive to sell and service current and prospective customers, we want to hire you! This position is M-F with a Saturday rotation Job

Responsibilities

• Sale of parts to customers over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone
• Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
• Participate in maintaining a lost sales tracking program
• Customer focus, with a friendly attitude
• Participate in all training programs that are made available
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Basic computer skills
• Keep current on new products and product updates Additional duties include but are not limited to;
• Building, maintaining and tracking inventory
• Assisting the service department with billing and repair orders
• Assist in building and maintaining outside customer network
• Work directly with technicians to meet all parts department needs
