Responsibilities * Oversee daily sales operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. * Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance. * Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. * Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance communication. * Educate staff on best practices for sales techniques and operational procedures. * Manage employee evaluations to foster growth and development within the team. * Utilize SharePoint and other tools for data collection and reporting. Requirements * Proven experience in sales operations or a related field. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. * Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams. * Familiarity with HRIS systems and employee evaluation processes is preferred. * Experience with instructional design or program design is a plus.
