We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Account Manager to join our growing team and help build strong relationships with our clients. Job Overview: As an Entry-Level Account Manager , you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. This role is ideal for individuals who are people-oriented, highly organized, and eager to develop a career in account management. Experience Required: * Week and Weekend Flexible Schedule. * Professionalism. * Communication & Coordination with internal teams to meet client needs. * Client Relations. * Scheduling. * Recruiting & Hiring. * Conducting trainings. * Managing Large Teams of personnel for Large Scale events. * File Tracking Organization. Qualifications & Skills * Bachelor 's degree preferred OR equivalent experience. * Excellent communication skills (verbal & written). * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. * Security Experience, Have or able to obtain a Texas Security License. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Scheduling software (preferred but not required; training provided). * A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
