Description the budtender associate is responsible for processing transactions at the end of a customer's visit. they will utilize exceptional customer service in conjunction with our point-of-sale system to ensure an unparalleled customer experience. extensive cannabis knowledge is not required, but a passion for cannabis is a must. High volume retail experience required. This position is also a tipped position. $17.00/hr +tips Responsibilities * Budtenders are responsible and work all positions in our facility * Checks and confirms the ID of the customer * Helps customers with the purchase of products * Stay up to date with product information and business promotions * Process transactions through the dispensary point-of-sale system * Provide outstanding customer service * Assist with merchandising and cleaning as directed * Other tasks as needed Qualifications * 1+ years of cashier or clerk experience * Strong attention to detail * Customer service skills * Responsible cash handling experience * Exceptional customer service skills * Retail experience preferred * Minimum 21 years of age * Must possess valid driver's license or state ID * Must pass any and all required background checks * Must possess current state cannabis worker license or permit (if applicable) Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $17.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Shift: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift Work Location: In person
