We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and has the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and potential customers * Provide high-quality customer service by responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner * Proactively identify and resolve customer issues while keeping customer satisfaction as high as possible * Keep up to date on new products and services offered by ALDO Group * Keep up to date on new products and services offered by ALDO Group * Perform closing and opening procedures * Process sale transactions, returns and exchanges correctly and efficiently Experience: * Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred. * Previous experience working in a retail environment is preferred. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to thrive in a team environment. * Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
