Sales Director Duties and Responsibilities: * Record information concerning inquiries, admissions, and discharges * Daily census reports and reporting * Coordinate the inquiry process * Facilitates the admission process including completing required paperwork * Notification and reporting of admission updates * Maintains monthly records of census and other necessary reporting records * Remains in contact with new residents; perform 3-month post move-in visit, surveys residents for satisfaction * Represents facility at community events, open houses other special and public relation events * Works with Nursing Liaisons/Marketer with referrals/admissions Sales Director Qualifications and Skills: * Must be able to read and understand clinical paperwork * Excellent interpersonal skills * Must work well within a team * Should be able to handle multiple tasks at once Sales Director Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Vision insurance * Retirement plan * Paid time off
