Park Tutoring is a U.S.-based educational organization committed to delivering high-quality, personalized academic support to students from K-12 and beyond. With a strong reputation for excellence, we offer both in-person and online tutoring programs across a wide range of subjects and test prep areas. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Developer to help expand our reach and impact. Position Overview: As a Business Developer , you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and helping to drive revenue growth. This is a remote position that requires strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills. You will work closely with leadership and marketing teams to support student enrollment, corporate outreach, and educational partnerships. Key Responsibilities: * Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities to expand Park Tutoring's student base and services. * Build and maintain relationships with schools, organizations, and community groups to promote tutoring programs. * Develop and execute outreach strategies to connect with parents, educators, and educational institutions. * Collaborate with marketing to design and implement lead generation campaigns. * Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and business development efforts. * Conduct virtual meetings or presentations to introduce Park Tutoring's services to potential clients or partners. * Help refine Park Tutoring's value proposition and market positioning based on feedback and analytics. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field. * 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships--preferably in the education or EdTech industry. * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. * Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and partnership goals. * Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach platforms. * Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working remotely with a U.S.-based team. * Availability to work during U.S. business hours (Pacific or Eastern Time zones). Preferred Qualifications: * Familiarity with tutoring, K-12 education, or test prep services. * Experience working with or selling into schools, districts, or educational nonprofits. * Previous experience in a startup or high-growth organization.
