Compensation: $80,000 - $135,000 at plan Responsibilities: * Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly * Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base * Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business * Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings * Stage and market homes to attract potential buyers quickly * Lead follow up * Real estate sales * Database campaigns * Lead generation * Close listings * Execute appointments * Set appointments * Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: * Team player who believes their success is the team's success * Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills * Completes tasks quickly and efficiently * Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone * Has a real estate license * Commission opportunity * Sales experience * Real estate license required About Company * Keller Williams Somerset* is Metro Detroit's most collaborative office.
