Job Title: Internet Lead Sales Agent (P&C Insurance) MUST HAVE California P&C Insurance License Location: Rancho Santa Margarita, CA License Requirement: Active California P&C Insurance License Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated P&C Insurance Agent to join our team at a new State Farm office in Rancho Santa Margarita. The ideal candidate will be an energetic professional with a proven track record in internet lead sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. We will provide you with high-quality auto and home insurance leads across Arizona, California, and Oregon. Responsibilities: * Handle inbound and outbound internet leads, converting them into new business opportunities. * Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries about insurance coverage, policy changes, claims, billing, and eligibility. * Maintain a strong work ethic and dedication to meeting sales goals. * Commit to ongoing professional development, including obtaining any required insurance licenses for Arizona or Oregon. * Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
