Job Title: Sales Associate (SA) Location: CARMEL Company: SweatHouz (SWTHZ) About Us: SWTHZ is an innovative contrast therapy studio that champions the powerful benefits of exposure to both heat and cold. Our luxurious private suites feature state-of-the-art infrared saunas, invigorating cold plunges, and refreshing vitamin-C showers, all designed to promote optimal recovery and physical and mental well-being. At SWTHZ, we offer a sanctuary where clients can unplug, meditate, listen to music, or enjoy their favorite shows on our private flat screen tv's, all while indulging in innovative contrast therapies. We are seeking a passionate, driven Sales Associate to join our team at our SweatHouz Carmel location and help us revolutionize the wellness industry. Position Overview: The Sales Associate delivers an outstanding and well-rounded sales and service experience to all guests and members through a compelling approach of offering studio memberships and retail products and services. The SA builds relationships and translates the mission of SWTHZ through its product and service offerings. They will have a strong focus on behaviors that drive member acquisition and retention. Key Responsibilities: * Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, and with a smile to create a friendly and positive entrance into the studio. * Conduct telephone inquiries/follow-up calls/customer care calls. * Sell memberships and build the value with every interaction. * Book and edit member and guest appointments via MindBody. * Maintain daily contact and follow-up logs. * Responsible for accurately processing credit card transactions. * Help maintain an organized and clean studio, lobby and front desk area. * Assist Studio Cleaners with suite turnover including the cleaning and sanitation of both the sauna and shower areas after each session. * Assist Studio Cleaners with laundry (loading washers, dryers, folding towels, keeping cold compresses stocked). Qualifications: * Flexibility to work different shifts as needed (mornings, daytime, evenings and weekends). * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Good communication skills. * Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods of time.
