Our exclusive Implants are sold to Hospitals and Outpatient Surgery Centers Training is available. The ideal candidate for this job will possess the following: *Preferably surgical tech and/or OR experience *Science and Biology background is a plus *COMMISSION DRIVEN Business-to-Business (B2B) outside sales experience *Four-year College Degree with proven communication, relationship building, and time management skills Responsibilities include; * Accelerating revenue and market penetration for all our products * Driving the development of relationships with key spine surgeon customers * Demonstrate a high degree of organization and resourcefulness to meet operational metrics for asset management * Conduct critical marketing activities such as peer-to-peer spine surgeon events and visiting surgeon programs that espouse the values of our foundation technologies * . Execute the sales plan and thoughtfully produce monthly and quarterly updates to the plan and review process. * Increase sales of products. * Assist with development of strategic sales, and marketing plans. * Plan and conduct market research in areas such as competitive information, product preferences, market size, and penetration to identify opportunities for increased sales * Surgical case coverage is required, with the goal of providing the highest degree of value to surgeon and patient * Plan and conduct personal visits to customers and/or prospects to educate doctors, about the features and benefits of our products. * Close sales by vertically penetrating the buying process in each facility, from opinion leaders down through materials and purchasing personnel. * High energy level and initiative. Demonstrated ability to conduct product demonstrations and trainings to healthcare professionals. * Proven ability to operate independently and "self-manage". * A highly professional demeanor * Ability to thrive in an environment with high-quality standards and processes. Job Type: Contract Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year We offer a competitive compensation structure, starting at 40K with growth up to 200K, potential compensation increase during the 2nd and 3rd year.
