Key Responsibilities

:

• Identify and target potential business clients within the assigned territories/markets through cold calling, email, networking, and industry events.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Negotiate and close sales orders/agreements, ensuring profitable outcomes for the company.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to the management.

Qualifications

:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 2-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events. Plus Points:
• Have worked in the laser engraving field or 3D printing/consumer electronics/CNC/smart home industries.
