Key Responsibilities: * Identify and target potential business clients within the assigned territories/markets through cold calling, email, networking, and industry events. * Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. * Negotiate and close sales orders/agreements, ensuring profitable outcomes for the company. * Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. * Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to the management. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). * 2-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. * Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. * Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
