We are looking for a full-time customer service representative/manager to join our team! Applicants must be able to work Monday - Friday 8am to 4pm with overtime optional. We are offering $19- $22 per hour based on applicant's previous customer service experience. Duties include data entry using our software system, basic computer skills, ability to work in a group setting, strong communication skills, running over the counter transactions, and answering multi-line telephone. The idea candidate must process the following skills to be considered: 1. Ability to conduct retail sales with customers over the counter. 2. Excellent customer service skills. Applicants must possess patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm while assisting our customers. 3. Supervising other members of staff, office and mechanics. 4. Documenting operational tasks and reporting to upper-level management. 5. Prior experience in customer service while handling multi-line telephone calls. 6. Strong communication skills on the telephone, in email correspondence, and face to face interaction with customers. 7. Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, while working with others as a team. 8. Maintain customer quality by assisting customers in a courteous, professional manner and addressing their concerns. 9. Must process a valid driver's license with a reliable form of transportation. Knowledge of the industry is very beneficial but not a requirement!
