Sales Associate for Manufactured home sales center, Knowledge of Vehicle sale or Real Estate a plus. Salary + Commission Motivated, energetic, task oriented person needed for manufactured home sales position. Job Responsibilities * Selling manufactured homes to customers looking for their forever homes. * Beginning the application process with customers. * Calculation of sales figures. * Continuing to grow knowledge daily on the current inventory and other options available to the customers. * Follow up calls weekly. * Customer service and satisfaction are a top priority. Qualification/Experience * Must be computer literate * Experience in vehicle sales or real estate a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25,845.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: * Health insurance * Paid time off Ability to commute/relocate: * Houma, LA 70360: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: * Sales: 3 years (Required) License/Certification: * Real Estate License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
