*Sales Support Admin * $20-$30/hr. DOE * Full Time Non-Exempt/Hourly Position Hybrid (4 days in office, 8 to 4:30PM) This position will support senior level sales leadership as well as the overall sales process on new projects for the sales team. Supporting the executive staff on various projects. * Some of the daily tasks required will be: * Support Sales Leadership with: * Bookings ( processing new projects sold by the sales team) * Flights / Hotels * Customer Lunches * Schedule / Run Meetings * Reporting * Running our CRM Tool * Support Sales and Estimating Teams: * Estimating Email Inbox (Estimating Leads) * Receive and Process Estimating Requests (from Sales Reps) * Maintain Estimating Calendar * Prepare Proposals for Estimating, for delivery to Sales Reps Looking for someone who has: * Minimum of 2 years' experience as a coordinator, preferably in a construction/contractor environment. * Strong computer skills and experience with computer programs (Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT, Smartsheet, etc.) * Knowledge and experience with Adobe and Photoshop * Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment * Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks * Be self-motivated and a self-starter * Have good communication and interpersonal skills * Work well with others, be well organized and thorough Physical and Environmental Demands: * Sitting - Constantly (6-8 hours/daily) * Walking - Occasionally (0-3 hours/daily) * Standing- Occasionally (0-3 hours/daily) * Standing on Ladder- Occasionally (0-3 hours/daily) * Bending (Neck and Waist) - Occasionally (0-3 hours/daily) * Squatting - Occasionally (0-3 hours/daily) * Climbing - Occasionally (0-3 hours/daily) * Kneeling - Occasionally (0-3 hours/daily) * Crawling - Occasionally (0-3 hours/daily) * Twisting (Neck and Waist) - Occasionally (0-3 hours/daily) * Grasping (crimping) - Occasionally (0-3 hours/daily) * Lifting 0-20 Lbs. - Occasionally (0-3 hours/daily) * Carrying 0-20 Lbs. - Occasionally (0-3 hours/daily) Benefits include: * Medical, Dental, and Life, insurance plans - employee contributions required * Health Savings Account (HSA) * Basic Life/AD&D Insurance and Long-Term Disability Insurance - covered by the employer * Discounted AFLAC and Vision are available at the employee's expense * 401K Retirement plan with an employer match of $1 for $1 up to 4% of compensation * Vacation days, dependent on the position * CA Paid Sick Leave earned at the rate per CA state law requirements * Paid Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and the day after, Christmas Day
