• Sales Support Admin
• $20-$30/hr. DOE
• Full Time Non-Exempt/Hourly Position Hybrid (4 days in office, 8 to 4:30PM) This position will support senior level sales leadership as well as the overall sales process on new projects for the sales team. Supporting the executive staff on various projects.
• Some of the daily tasks required will be:
• Support Sales Leadership with:
• Bookings ( processing new projects sold by the sales team)
• Flights / Hotels
• Customer Lunches
• Schedule / Run Meetings
• Reporting
• Running our CRM Tool
• Support Sales and Estimating Teams:
• Estimating Email Inbox (Estimating Leads)
• Receive and Process Estimating Requests (from Sales Reps)
• Maintain Estimating Calendar
• Prepare Proposals for Estimating, for delivery to Sales Reps Looking for someone who has:
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a coordinator, preferably in a construction/contractor environment.
• Strong computer skills and experience with computer programs (Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT, Smartsheet, etc.)
• Knowledge and experience with Adobe and Photoshop
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
• Be self-motivated and a self-starter
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills
• Work well with others, be well organized and thorough Physical and Environmental Demands:
