Full description of the position

Job Description As the Appointment Confirmation Specialist your primary focus is to confirm appointments from the call center and from our Remote team and on the field personnel. Confirmers are pivotal in necessitating professionalism, effective and persuasive communication techniques, and rapport-building skills, the primary role is to dispatch our appointments to our teams of sales reps on a daily basis. This role is important for the detailed data entry to our CRM- pipeline, scrubbing our old data, and rehashing recent appointments to get them back on schedule. Confirmers ensure the confirmation of the appointments by calling the client the day of the scheduled appointment with a time window for the sales rep to be there, Gathering dispositions from sales rep after every appointment, etc. Your role is imperative to maintain the reputation of the company, by following through on your appointments and setting high standards for your team to meet KPI's. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, using your persuasive skills to promote our products and services effectively. * Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships. * Identify and qualify sales leads, capture essential customer information and assess their needs to tailor appropriate solutions. * Engage with potential customers in a professional and persuasive manner, clearly articulating the features, advantages and benefits of our offerings. * Efficiently manage and update the prospect pipeline in the CRM ( Go High Level and LeadPerfection ). Documenting all interactions in the CRM. * Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with potential customers to build relationships and increase the likelihood of sales conversions. * Confirming appointments and updating dispositions in real-time. * Collaborate with the team to provide qualified leads and relevant information for an effective follow-up. * Train and Role Play weekly with team. * Motivating the team through group chats and sharing sales updates * Stay updated on service knowledge, industry trends and competitor offerings to position our products or services in the market. Creating solid leads in the services we offer at The Company; roof, attic insulation, gutters, paint, and windows. Results: * To maintain consistent productivity and support company growth, Confirmer's must meet KPIs on a daily basis. * Must complete a minimum of 100 outbound/ inbound calls each day. * Achieve a 50% close rate on inbound applications. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up actions for a smooth service delivery. * Keep sales statistics updated and ensure clear communication within the team. Requirements: * Home Improvement experience and or Roofing knowledge. * Self motivated, goal-oriented mindset, persuasive communication skills, and capable of managing one's time efficiently. * Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales processes. * Highly organized, routine-driven, customer focused individual who is responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and scheduling appointments to meet individual and team revenue goals. * Achieving or exceeding individual targets and goals related to lead generation, appointment setting and KPI conversion. Consistently meet daily and weekly quotas. Skills and Experience: * Proven experience as an Appointment Setter/ Confirmer: 2-3 years required. * Customer service experience: 4 years required. * Must be tech savvy, google meets, CRM's, Go High Level * Must be familiar with auto dialers * Thorough understanding of office management procedures. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving * Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in a professional manner * Ability to manage a team * Ability to quickly learn and utilize new software platforms. * Ability to exercise confidentiality and discretion consistently * Ability to take direction, productivity receive and apply feedback, and communicate support needs. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Job-Type: Full Time Shift: 10-hour shift, day shift. Work Location: In person. Office. Weekly day range: Monday through Friday 9am to 7pm. Saturdays 8am to 4pm Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,800 per week.
