AKS Group/NR Hospitality is a real estate development company with land holdings in DE, NJ. We are looking for an assistant who can perform following duties * Telephone social media duties * Ordering supplies * Preparing and distributing marketing materials, documentation, and reports * Coordinating and preparing successful open house events * Preparing, delivering, and picking up real estate documents * Creating, designing, and distributing real estate brochures * Handling advertising of the property online and through newspapers * Taking photos of property before and after repairs and to be used in the marketing process Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * Flexible schedule * Paid time off Schedule: * Choose your own hours * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
