GO AZ Motorcycles is growing, and we're looking for a dynamic professional to lead our team as a Sales & Finance Manager at our Peoria dealership. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader with experience in powersports or automotive sales and finance to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

About the Role

As Sales & Finance Manager, you'll oversee the Sales and Finance departments, working closely with every customer to ensure their ownership experience is exceptional. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers in securing favorable financing terms and educating them on finance-related products to protect their dream motorcycle, ATV, or UTV.
• Recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching a team of sales professionals to match customers with the perfect powersports vehicle.
• Managing inventory, developing promotional campaigns, and collaborating with the General Manager to achieve sales goals.
• Ensuring vehicles are displayed attractively and delivering outstanding customer service every time. Who We 're Looking For The ideal candidate will have:
• At least two years of experience in a dealership environment, with a background in powersports or automotive sales and F&I.
• A passion for powersports and helping customers make their dreams come true.
