• This is an opportunity to make a full year 's worth of income, in a 3-4 month summer. Payton's Pools is a locally-owned pool service company that's planning to dominate the Phoenix area by delivering reliable, honest, and professional service. Our mission is simple: treat customers right, work hard, and grow with integrity. We are looking for high-energy Outside Sales Representatives to join our team for summer 2025 -- and beyond. You'll be hitting the neighborhoods where people actually need our services, offering an incredible lifetime discount that homeowners love. This is not a typical "hard sell" gig -- our offer sells itself once you get in front of the right people. You 'll be paid $40/month for the first 4 months on every customer you sign up --

• _, with flexible hours to run your own schedule. Work mornings, afternoons, or evenings -- you decide. Typically our salesmen will work from May-July or August, and will continue receiving commission checks for 3 additional months after their last month working of the year. Options to work full time may be discussed as well. This is not a corporate sales job, you will be in direct contact with Payton and will be part of a small but strong team. What 's in It for You:

• Knock on doors of homes that have RECENTLY SOLD WITH POOLS, and of homes with pools in those neighborhoods (routes and addresses provided)
• Introduce homeowners to our pool cleaning service and discount
• Close the deal -- no scheduling, billing, or tech work on your part
• Log your sales and celebrate your wins
• Represent our brand with professionalism and pride What We 're Looking For:
