Job Description Position: Retail Sales & Event Specialist Location: 8635 Baseline Rd., Rancho Cucamonga Job Type: Part-Time About the Role: We are looking for a qualified dream team member with a passion for the wellness industry, particularly CBD, to serve as an Retail & Event Specialist. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in customer engagement, enjoys coordinating and executing events, and is adaptable to both in-store and remote opportunities. This position is part time in store & remote *and designed to support the team during events, special promotions, and when additional coverage is needed. It also serves as a stepping stone for potential *long-term opportunities, including covering a future maternity leave. Key Responsibilities: Customer Experience & Sales * Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a warm and educational shopping experience. * Conduct product walkthroughs, recommend product bundles, and encourage customer feedback through reviews. * Participate in outbound remote initiatives such as cold call sheets and customer follow-ups to drive sales and retention. Event Coordination & Outreach * Act as the primary out-of-store event specialist , coordinating, setting up, and managing community events, pop-ups, and vendor partnerships. * Secure new event opportunities and handle logistics, ensuring smooth execution. * Trade in-store shifts for event days when applicable, provided events are successfully set up. Operational Support & Team Collaboration * Assist in maintaining an organized and stocked store when working in person. * Provide on-call coverage when needed for in-store shifts. * Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales benchmarks, including ATV (Average Transaction Value) and customer engagement goals. * Support store leadership in special projects and future growth opportunities. Qualifications: * Experience in retail, events, sales, or customer service preferred. * Passionate about health and wellness, especially CBD products. * Outgoing and proactive with strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to take on new challenges. * Comfortable with both in-store and remote work (e.g., cold calls, follow-ups, event planning).
