Full description of the position

* Assist in the installation and replacement of HVAC system components, and ductwork. * Support the installation of mini-split systems. * Follow company procedures and safety protocols during installations. * Work closely with lead installers to ensure proper and efficient installation of HVAC systems. * Load and unload materials and equipment necessary for HVAC installations. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment. * Perform basic troubleshooting and problem-solving during installations. * Communicate effectively with team members and customers. * Adhere to all company policies and procedures. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components. * Previous experience in HVAC installation or a related field is preferred but not required. * Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. * Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy equipment and materials. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Willingness to learn and take on new tasks. * Must be 19 years or older
