As a Salesperson at our Trek Bicycle Store, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their cycling needs. Your responsibilities will include: * Welcoming customers and understanding their needs. * Providing expert advice and recommendations on bicycles, accessories, and cycling gear. * Assisting customers in finding the right products based on their preferences and needs. * Educating customers about the features and benefits of different products. * Conducting product demonstrations and test rides. * Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently. * Ensuring the store is well-organized and products are well-displayed. * Participating in store events, promotions, and workshops to engage customers.
