What You'll Be Doing: * Managing client communications in both English & Spanish * Coordinating showings, open houses, and inspections * Preparing and organizing contracts, documents, and listings * Following up with clients, vendors, and all transaction parties * Calendarizing critical timelines, appointments, and deadlines * Assisting with marketing, and lead generation * Supporting the agent in day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth workflow * Attending closings and being part of success stories!
