As a Sales Development Representative , you'll be the driving force behind our growth. Your*Impact * Lead Generation: Directly influence the effectiveness of our sales funnel by finding quality leads. * Pipeline Growth: Create a consistent and predictable sales pipeline by nurturing leads. * Feedback Loop Improvement: Improve customer satisfaction by helping to refine product offerings based on their feedback. What You'll Do * Lead the charge in sales prospecting by initiating contact, qualifying leads, and seamlessly integrating prospects into the sales funnel. * Facilitate the sales cycle by providing essential support to the Executive and Sales teams, ensuring a cohesive and efficient process. * Uphold the integrity of the CRM database, ensuring meticulous record-keeping of client and prospect interactions. * Secure client meetings and product demonstrations with Account Executives. * Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends, informing sales strategies and targeting efforts. * Engage in continuous learning about products and services to enhance sales conversations and positioning. * Refine lead generation strategies and contribute to content that supports sales efforts.
