Full description of the position

We're always looking for diverse, talented, service-oriented people to join our exceptional team. Membership Development Representative II The pay range for this position is listed below. Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity. Pay Range: $22.00 - $31.90 Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 What You 'll Be Doing Responsible for the establishment and onboarding of new Members from all channels outside of the branch network (school site field events, online application system, new teammember orientation, and applications received via mail). Provides world-class personalized onboarding experiences to new Members while ensuring time-sensitive functions are completed efficiently and accurately. Facilitate onboarding communication via phone, chat, email, mail, and SMS channels. Ensure all new Members receive timely welcome materials and have the tools and understanding to fully engage with their new Membership. * Provides direct assistance to Members, prospective Members, teammembers, and school district personnel related to new Memberships, eligibility criteria, and credit union products and services. * Provides direct support to the Membership Development team by processing field event applications, referrals, payroll forms, and other account establishment documents. Provides regular follow-up with prospective Members to obtain necessary identification/eligibility documentation. * Responsible for performing regular maintenance of existing Memberships to ensure core Membership classifications are reflected accurately. Facilitates daily internal audits of new Memberships established by the department. * Uses vendor identity verification tools along with credit union and public resources to review all new Membership applications for authenticity, accuracy, and eligibility. Responsible for thorough reporting of altered documents and/or fraudulent applications. * Maintains expert-level knowledge of school employee products and services (school employee payroll, school employee loans, and electronic transfer options). Takes the initiative to identify and solve knowledge gaps among the team. Leverages resources and collaborates with other departments. * Provides consultative services to members regarding credit union products and services by assessing the members' needs, addressing their concerns, and gaining agreement. * Assists with department projects and research needs. * Additional Job Functions * Performs other duties as assigned * Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties.
