Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Liaison to serve as a vital link between our organization and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, with a background in Hospice Marketing. This role requires a proactive approach to account management, ensuring that client needs are met while fostering lasting relationships.

Duties

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates.
• Manage accounts effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and retention through excellent service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Conduct presentations and training sessions for clients on product offerings.
• Utilize technical sales skills to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients using software tools such as Word.
• Lead initiatives to improve processes and enhance client engagement strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in account management, preferably in Hospice marketing.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing projects or teams.
• Ability to analyze data and trends to inform decision-making processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other relevant software applications.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
