Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Liaison to serve as a vital link between our organization and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, with a background in Hospice Marketing. This role requires a proactive approach to account management, ensuring that client needs are met while fostering lasting relationships. Duties * Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates. * Manage accounts effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and retention through excellent service. * Collaborate with internal teams to analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions. * Conduct presentations and training sessions for clients on product offerings. * Utilize technical sales skills to convey complex information clearly and effectively. * Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients using software tools such as Word. * Lead initiatives to improve processes and enhance client engagement strategies. Requirements * Proven experience in account management, preferably in Hospice marketing. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. * Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. * Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing projects or teams. * Ability to analyze data and trends to inform decision-making processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other relevant software applications. * A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
